Hearts&Hands Chairman, President and Medical Director, Robert Kropp earned his M.D. from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and his MBA from the University of South Florida School of Business Administration. A specialist in both adult and pediatric neurology, he is also Medical director of a major healthcare organization on Florida's West Coast. Another founder and board member, Beth Houghton, is both an attorney and CPA. And the General Manager, Joan Burke, is a Registered Nurse with extensive clinical and management experience.
